The property is 2300 square feet total and filled with natural and studio lighting. The yoga studio itself is approximately 900 square feet and is square shaped with wood floors and 11.5-foot ceilings. See images below.
The studio is surrounded by our gallery/boutique and is accessible by two doors. In the gallery there are places to sit and hang out, yogi tea/beverage station, and there are two bathrooms in the back in a shared space with another business. There is a utility sink available if needed, and a small refrigerator and microwave and toaster in the back. Events can be hosted during our regular business hours or when we are closed. We do not provide chairs and tables, but you are welcome to bring them. The studio is also equipped with a wall-mounted PTZ Optics Move SE camera and two wireless Rode Go II Microphones for live streaming or recording if desired. |

PRICING
Regular studio rental: $40/hour
The general rule is a 4 hour minimum, but there are exceptions especially for repeating events that meet certain parameters. We require a credit card on file to secure your spot and sometimes we ask for a security deposit depending on the type of event.
Live Stream or Hybrid Event: $50/hr
If you would like to include a livestream of your event, the cost is $50/hour and you must have someone who knows what they are doing. We can give you some help but if it goes beyond 20 minutes we bill at $75/hour for tech help. We cannot guarantee any livestream results. The hour minimums are the same as above.
Yogi Tea Service:
If you would like Yogi Tea available for your guests, please let us know how many and we will see if we can accommodate you.
