Tree of Life Kundalini Yoga, and it's realted websites and studios are projects of Tree of Life Ministries, a private ministerial membership assocation. In order to participate in classes or recieve servives, one must therefore be a member. By becoming a member of TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

You understand that with any physical activity, risk of serious physical injury is possible. Yoga and other activity is no substitute for medical diagnosis and/or treatment. You, the student assume the risk of yoga or other activity and release the teacher(s) and Tree of Life Studios/ Tree of Life Kundalini Yoga/ Tree of Life Ministries and related projects from any liability claims. You are participating in classes or workshops with Tree of Life Studios and are aware of the physical risks involved with exercise and understand it is Your personal responsibility to consult with Your doctor or other health care provider regarding Your participation. You have no medical condition, that You are aware of, which would prevent You from taking part in classes, events or workshops, and You assume responsibility for any risk or injury You may sustain as a result of Your participation. You have read the above release and waiver of liability and understand its contents. You understand that it is Your responsibility to find a pace that suits You. You agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
PURCHASE AND REFUND POLICY
By clicking “Buy Now,” “Purchase,” or any other phrase on the purchase button, or entering your credit card information, or otherwise enrolling, electronically, verbally, or otherwise, you (“Client”) agree to be provided with products, programs, or services by the Company unless a separate Terms of Purchase Agreement is provided at purchase. There are no refunds on items purchased online unless a separate terms of purchase is provided at purchase.
PURCHASE POLICIES- CLASSES AND MEMBERSHIPS.
Billing. Subscription yoga memberships are billed monthly. They are renewed automatically until canceled. Members may cancel their membership at any time if they have a cancel-anytime plan. Subscriptions must be canceled prior to the renewal date in order to end membership charges. If your subscription is a yearly plan, then you will be billed for 12 months and you cannot cancel early without triggering an automatic $200 cancellation fee.
At times, special prepaid membership packages will be available for purchase. Special prepaid memberships will be recurring and will renew automatically on the expiry date. Subscription must be canceled prior to the renewal date in order to end Subscription charges.
Pricing. When you purchase a membership subscription, you will initially be charged at the rate applicable at the time of your agreement to subscribe. If TREE OF LIFE STUDIOS later increases the price of the subscription, We will notify you. The increase will apply to the next payment due from you after the notice, provided that you have been given at least 10 days’ prior notice before the charge is made. If you are given less than 10 days’ prior notice, the price increase will not apply until the payment after the next payment due.
No Sharing. Members of WWW.TREEOFLIFESTUDIOS.YOGA or WWW.TREEOFLIFEKUNDALINIYOGA.COM may not share, give or sell their password or username to any other person or entity. Excessive viewings or logins by any Member will be construed by TREE OF LIFE MINISTIRES as fraudulent use of the Website, which will result in the immediate cancellation of membership without refund. When becoming a Member you agree to take all actions possible to protect your username and password from fraudulent use.
PURCHASE POLICIES - PRIVATE SESSIONS
All private healing/counseling sessions including private yoga sessions, hypnotherapy, poetry pharmacy sessions, numerology, or other private one-on-one sessions listed on the Website will be paid for through the Website. You are responsible for scheduling the consultation appointment using our online scheduling software through the website.
No refunds will be made on private sessions, but we will do our best to accommodate changes in schedule. Tree of Life Studios requires a 24-hour cancellation notice prior to the appointment. You are then required to reschedule your appointment with your provider.
TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site contains intellectual property owned by Tree of Life Ministries including, without limitation, trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information and other intellectual property as well as the Tree of Life Ministries www.treeoflifestudios.yoga and www.treeoflifekundaliniyoga.com name, logo, all designs, text, graphics, photographs, other files, and the selection and arrangement thereof.
You may view, print and/or download (if applicable) one copy of the Materials from this web site on any single computer solely for your personal, informational, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

These Terms of Service bind and inure to the benefit of the parties’ successors and assigns. These Terms of Service are not assignable, delegable or otherwise transferable by you. Any transfer, assignment or delegation by you is invalid.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT; WAIVER; HEADINGS
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tree of Life Ministries. pertaining to the Site and Service and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between us. No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement by Tree of Life Ministries, shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by Tree of Life Ministries. - TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES is a platform on which members may, for TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES’s good purpose, conduct all manner of private speech and business with TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES, members, and other associations – keeping all business in the private domain and utilizing the protections thereof.
- TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES is a private, unincorporated ministry that operates outside the jurisdiction of government entities, agencies, officers, agents, contractors, and other representatives, as protected by law.
- TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES lawfully stands on the authority our Creator gives to free men and women as revealed in the holy Scriptures, the Constitution of the United States of America, the constitutions of the several states of the union, and the Charter of Rights of Canada.
- Members claims the right to freedom of religion, free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather in association to assert our rights protected by those Constitutions, Charter, and Statutes.
- Members claim the right to be free from unreasonable search and seizure, the right to not incriminate ourselves, and the right to freely exercise all other unalienable rights as granted by our creator, our almighty God, and guaranteed by those Constitutions, Charter, and Statutes.
- Members decide for themselves which member(s) qualify to provide them counsel and advice concerning all matters, including but not limited to, physical, spiritual, healthcare, law, and any other matter, and may contract for counsel, advice, services, etc. they believe assist their ministry through TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES.
- Members have the freedom to choose and perform for ourselves the types of therapies and treatments we think best for diagnosing, treating, and preventing illness and disease and for achieving and maintaining optimum wellness, as well as the freedom to choose any types of assistance in lawful matters and any other private business activity.
- TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES will recognize as a member any person(s), natural or otherwise (irrespective of race, color, or religion) who has joined TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES or its social media groups and has agreed to the terms of membership, providing said person has not been sanctioned, exercised, or otherwise banned by TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES.
- TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES’s trustees, or their designee, may, at any time, terminate my membership should they conclude I am interacting with them or other members in a way that is contrary or detrimental to the focus, principles, and betterment of TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES.
- TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES is protected by the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution and outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State Agencies and Authorities concerning complaints or grievances against TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES, members, or other staff persons. All rights of complaints or grievances will be settled by an TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES designee, committee, or tribunal and will be waived by the member for the benefit of TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES and its members.
- TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES and member activity is under common law rather than statutory law or regulatory law, which are creations of public government for the public.
- In my relations as member, I voluntarily change my capacity from that of a public person to that of a private member.
- My activities within TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES are matters of private contracts that I refuse to share with Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies. I agree not to pursue legal action against a fellow member of TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES unless that member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil and upon the recommendation and approval of TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES.
- I do not, and will not while a member, represent any Local, State or Federal agency whose purpose is to regulate and approve products or services or to conduct any mission of enforcement, entrapment, or investigation.
- I may, by written notice to TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES, withdraw from this agreement and terminate membership at any time. I will not misrepresent myself as being a member beyond the term of my membership.
- These pages consist of the entire agreement for membership in TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES.
- I enter into this agreement freely, without duress or coercion.
- I hereby exercise my right of “freedom of association” as guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the U.S. Constitution, and equivalent provisions of the various State Constitutions, as well as the Charter of Rights of Canada.

ASSIGNMENT
These Terms of Service bind and inure to the benefit of the parties’ successors and assigns. These Terms of Service are not assignable, delegable or otherwise transferable by you. Any transfer, assignment or delegation by you is invalid.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT; WAIVER; HEADINGS
